Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds apply only to unused credit-based readings or subscriptions not yet started.
Refunds cannot be issued once a personalized AI fortune has been generated.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
